Smoke, charred meat and burnt popcorn set a deliberately savoury tone, balanced by caramel, cider apple and a distant layer of dulce de leche. The blend combines American rye with sherry-finished peated single malt Scotch, bringing peppery grain, tangy treacle and earthy oak into the palate. Sweetness and smoke move together rather than separately, with a barbecue-like richness at the centre. The finish is bold and warming, leaving peat, caramel, char and rye spice behind.

About Atom Labs
Atom Labs created Burnt Ends, an experimental whisky inspired by the smoky, caramelized edges of barbecue. The blend brings American rye together with peated Scotch matured in sherry casks, combining spice and sweetness with smoke. Even the original bottle takes its shape from a barbecue-sauce bottle.
