Candied peel and fresh oak open the nose, followed by cinnamon, tangerine and toffee. The palate is rich and silky, layering creamy vanilla and orange marmalade over sherry-cask fruit, nutmeg and a measured grip of spice. Exclusive maturation in first-fill sherry-seasoned oak gives the whisky its concentrated fruit and polished structure without losing Speyside lift. The finish is long and warming, returning to citrus peel, vanilla and baking spice. Serve neat or add a small amount of water.
