Crisp red apple and pear lead the nose, followed by pineapple, lemon zest and a delicate thread of Earl Grey tea. The palate is bright and fruit-forward, with honeyed vanilla and shortbread bringing softness around lively citrus and orchard fruit. Malty depth and gentle ginger spice provide shape without obscuring the freshness, while hints of wild strawberry carry into a clean, poised finish. Serve neat, in a highball or with a small splash of water.

The company’s own stocks mature in Scotland. The range spans orchard-fruited malts, sherry-rich blends and smoky whiskies.
