Compass Box The Spaniard Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Red berries, stewed fruit and citrus peel lead the nose, followed by honey, dried fruit and malty sweetness. The palate is soft and generous, with sherry and Spanish red-wine casks bringing ripe cherry, wine-poached pear and warm spice without obscuring the malt. A creamy note adds breadth through the middle, while the fruit remains bright. The finish is composed and gently spiced, carrying berries, citrus and sweet oak. Serve neat or with a small splash of water.

The company’s own stocks mature in Scotland. The range spans orchard-fruited malts, sherry-rich blends and smoky whiskies.
