Smooth Ambler Contradiction Bourbon Whiskey 750 mL

Oak, dried cherry, vanilla and cinnamon shape a mature, generous nose. The palate brings together sweet wheated bourbon and a rye-led bourbon, layering butter rum, dark fruit and caramel over peppery spice and a touch of leather. The blend is full-bodied and non-chill filtered, with enough viscosity to carry its sweetness without feeling heavy. The finish is smooth, warming and persistent, returning to vanilla, oak and baking spice. Serve neat, over a large cube or in a spirit-forward Manhattan.
