Cooked agave and sweet cereal notes open the nose, followed by dried corn, leather and a light touch of smoke. The palate is rounded by oak, bringing vanilla, lime and gentle sweetness together with herbal agave and warm spice. Reposado maturation adds polish without covering the spirit’s earthy Oaxacan character. The finish is long, dry and delicately smoky, carrying leather, herbs, vanilla and a faint peat-like note. Serve neat in a copita at room temperature.
