The palate is full and composed, bringing stone fruit and fresh orchard fruit together with baking spice and a gentle nutty richness. Maturation in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks gives the whiskey both sweetness and structure, while the pot-still character keeps the texture lively. The finish is long and sophisticated, carrying spice, fruit and polished oak. Serve neat or add water gradually.
