About Twisted Hills Craft Cider
Twisted Hills Craft Cider was established in Cawston in 2012 by Jo Schneider and Kaylan Madeira, both from farming families in the region. Their groundwork began earlier: in 2008 they planted French and English cider-apple varieties selected for their tannin and acidity.
The cidery grows its own fruit and handles pressing and labelling on the estate. The range spans apple, pear, cherry and hop-accented ciders, with certified-organic options.
