The palate is full flavoured yet refreshing, with dark berry fruit, gentle grape-skin structure and lively bubbles. Native yeast and the light extraction of the style keep it vivid and easy to drink. Serve chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken, pizza or hard cheese.
