The palate is dry and bold, with firm, slightly gritty tannin framing ripe orchard fruit and floral grape-skin lift. Its raw energy is balanced by enough polish to keep the finish composed. Serve chilled with charcuterie, roast pork, washed-rind cheese or mushrooms.
