The palate is broad and richly textured, with ripe orchard fruit, tropical notes and a chalky mineral line bringing focus to the weight. Warm peach and fresh nuts carry into a long, silky finish. Serve slightly cool in a wide glass with lobster, turbot, roast chicken or mushrooms.
