The palate is immense and concentrated, with ripe tannins, fresh acidity and a silky texture carrying the fruit through a long mineral finish. Earth, herbs and smoky oak add savoury depth without obscuring the perfume. Decant patiently and serve with roast lamb, duck, venison or slow-cooked beef.
