Ravens Brewing Sumas Mountain Lager 355 mL

Clean and pale, with fresh grain, light bread dough and a restrained floral-citrus hop note. Canadian malt gives the palate a rounded centre, while Sterling hops add gentle bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. Inspired by German lager depth and American drinkability, it is an easy match for pizza, grilled sausages, fish and chips or salty snacks.

About Ravens Brewing Company
Paul and Jocelyn Sweeting began planning Ravens Brewing Company in Abbotsford in 2014 and opened the brewery the following year. The brewery draws on European and West Coast beer traditions. Local farm partnerships have brought British Columbia hops and fruit into its beers.
The range includes lagers, India pale ales, dark mild, Belgian-inspired beers and fruit-led sours. Spirits are also made at the Abbotsford facility.
