Robin Ridge 2021 Chardonnay

Starfruit, pineapple and ripe pear open the nose, joined by fresh flowers, almond and lemon. The palate is fruit-forward yet composed, with a gently creamy texture, bright limeade-like acidity and subtle notes of wet slate and ginger biscuit. A clean, lightly mineral finish suits prawns, white fish, roast poultry or buttery vegetable dishes.

About Robin Ridge
Tim and Caroline Cottrill run Robin Ridge as a family winery near Keremeos in British Columbia’s Similkameen Valley. Their eighteen-acre vineyard has well-drained gravelly loam, dry, sunny days and cool nights. The vines are trained on a Geneva Double Curtain system, which spreads the canopy to manage light and airflow. The family makes aromatic whites and Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir, Gamay and Bordeaux-style blends.
