The palate is finely textured and bright, carrying mature orchard fruit through a creamy middle and persistent, precise bubbles. Reserve wines and extended lees ageing add depth without dulling the freshness. The finish is elegant and long, leaving lemon, tangerine, soft florals, chalk and a gentle nutty note.
