About Bridge Brewing Company
Leigh and Jason Stratton opened Bridge Brewing in North Vancouver in July 2012, starting in a 980-square-foot space with a four-hectolitre brewhouse. The business has since expanded, with a brewery and kitchen on Charlotte Road and additional North Vancouver taprooms.
Waste reduction is part of its day-to-day work: Bridge reports that it diverts, reuses or recycles 99 per cent of the materials entering the brewery.
