Black Sheep Reposado Tequila

Baked agave opens with honey, vanilla and caramel, framed by a light smoky-oak note. The palate is smooth and gently sweet, keeping the agave clear beneath the barrel influence. Vanilla and caramel bring roundness while oak adds measured structure. The finish is long and clean, leaving cooked agave, honey, soft smoke and restrained wood spice.

About Black Sheep Tequila
Black Sheep Tequila began with agave grower Rodolfo Tabarez and entrepreneur Jason Charles in Jalisco. A fifth-generation agave farmer, Tabarez tends Blue Weber agave in the Los Altos highlands.
Ripe agaves are selected individually, then their hearts are closely trimmed before cooking. Production uses slow cooking, open wooden fermentation vats and small pot stills.
