The palate is rounded and expressive, with oak adding shape while the agave remains clear at the centre. Ripe fruit and cocoa deepen through the middle without becoming heavy. The finish is long and balanced, leaving sweet agave, baking spice, chocolate and a gently savoury herbal note.
