Parallel 49 Tricycle Grapefruit Radler

Very cloudy and peach-coloured, with a strong resemblance to red citrus juice. The exact review records bittersweet citrus flavour and light carbonation, while the lager base remains subdued. It also states three-point-five per cent alcohol. The recorded fruit, bittersweet flavour, gentle carbonation and understated lager character appear together in the published tasting account of this beer.

About Parallel 49 Brewing Company
Parallel 49 Brewing Company began in East Vancouver in 2012, when longtime friends Anthony Frustagli, Nick Paladino and Mike Sleeman left other careers to open a brewery. Homebrewer Graham With supplied technical leadership, while Michael Tod and Scott Venema completed the six-person founding team.
The brewery draws on Pacific Northwest beer styles and uses local and regional ingredients. Spent grain goes to Fraser Valley livestock, and the brewery switched to recycled six-pack cartons in 2019.
