Dried fig, raisin and blackberry lead a generous fortified profile, joined by raspberry, cherry, mint, black pepper and a light truffle note. Sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity and soft tannins, keeping the palate lively rather than heavy. Silky and refined through the finish, it suits fruit desserts or firm cheese, while a slight chill brings extra definition.

About M. Chapoutier
M. Chapoutier traces its roots in Tain-l’Hermitage to 1808, with the present name established during the twentieth century. Michel Chapoutier introduced the first Sélections Parcellaires in 1989 and began applying a biodynamic approach the following year.
Since 1996, its labels have carried information in Braille as a tribute to Maurice Monier de la Sizeranne.
