About Château Laroze
Château Laroze is a family estate in Saint-Émilion with a documented winegrowing history extending across several centuries. The property lies close to the town of Saint-Émilion and works a compact vineyard planted to the traditional red Bordeaux varieties. Its present generation describes the estate through both vineyard parcels and the complementary roles of Merlot and the Cabernet grapes.
Cabernet Franc has a meaningful place in the plantings, but the final blend changes with the vintage and is not reduced to one formula. The family’s official material separates the château’s long lineage from its current technical choices and contemporary vineyard management. Laroze's character is rooted in its Saint-Émilion location, multigenerational family stewardship and the balance of its planted varieties.
