Built entirely from Chardonnay grown in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant and Oger, this is a tightly framed, dry Champagne with a measured extra-brut style. A portion of perpetual reserve adds continuity and measured breadth, while at least 36 months on lees brings depth and texture. Serve well chilled with oysters, sashimi, tempura, smoked fish or aged Comté at the table.
