Blue Mountain NV Gold Label Brut
$41.99
Frizzed lemon, green and red apple and lemon blossom are joined by subtle brioche and a cool stony note. The palate is brisk and precise, with persistent bubbles, citrus freshness and a saline, gently textured drive. Bright rather than austere, it finishes clean and lingering. Serve well chilled with oysters, smoked salmon, tempura or a simple plate of local cheeses.

About Blue Mountain
Ian and Jane Mavety began assembling the Okanagan Falls property behind Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars in 1971. After roughly two decades growing grapes for other wineries, they bottled the first Blue Mountain vintage in 1991.
The second generation includes winemaker Matt Mavety and Christie Mavety in winegrowing and the business. Vineyard and cellar work centre on the same South Okanagan estate, which produces both still and sparkling wines.
