The palate is succulent yet focused, with a creamy mousse and unfettered freshness carrying orchard fruit through the centre. Hazelnut, toasted almond and buttery brioche lend measured richness to the clean, balanced finish.

About Champagne Palmer & Co
Seven winegrowers founded Champagne Palmer & Co in 1947, bringing their vineyards and experience together. The house draws on more than 220 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Other grapes come from the Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Bar and Vallée de la Marne.
Cellar master Xavier Berdin blends with wines from previous harvests, drawing on a reserve collection that includes three solera systems. Non-vintage cuvées mature for at least three years, with longer ageing for vintage wines.
