Bright and polished, with citrus peel, pear and golden apple layered with white flowers, fresh bread and a gentle roasted-nut note. The palate is creamy yet lively, its fine bubbles carrying nectarine and subtle toast through a balanced, persistent finish. Serve well chilled with canapés, shellfish, roast chicken or mild, nutty cheeses.

About Barons de Rothschild
Champagne Barons de Rothschild was created in 2005 by three branches of the Rothschild wine family. They chose to establish a new house rather than acquire an existing one.
Chardonnay leads the range, making up at least half of each blend. More than 90 per cent of the grapes come from grand and premier cru vineyards, with the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims as the main sourcing areas. Non-vintage blends contain more than 40 per cent reserve wine, much of it held in a perpetual reserve begun with the first harvest. Bottle ageing ranges from four to more than ten years.
