Lass Chance grew from the Lasser family’s fruit-growing business in the Similkameen Valley, where they began farming in 1988 and established Lasser Produce in 1991. The cidery turns visually imperfect or surplus local fruit into cider, using crops that might otherwise go to waste. The fruit is grown, juiced and fermented in Keremeos.
