Citrus, mandarin and blossom open a bright, expressive nose. The palate is richer and denser than the aromas suggest, layering orange and lemon fruit over a clean line of acidity. Apple and gentle spice emerge toward the finish, which remains crisp, balanced and persistent, giving the wine both immediate freshness and quiet depth.

About Blue Mountain
Ian and Jane Mavety began assembling the Okanagan Falls property behind Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars in 1971. After roughly two decades growing grapes for other wineries, they bottled the first Blue Mountain vintage in 1991.
The second generation includes winemaker Matt Mavety and Christie Mavety in winegrowing and the business. Vineyard and cellar work centre on the same South Okanagan estate, which produces both still and sparkling wines.
