Built on a red-wine-grape sour-ale base, this cocktail-inspired beer is fermented on raspberries, dessert cherries, sour cherries, key limes and blood oranges. The producer records seven per cent alcohol and describes the release as a mélange of fruit with sour ale as the backdrop. Every named fruit is part of the documented fermentation addition in this cocktail-inspired construction.

About Field House Brewing Co.
In 2016, founders Josh and Gina Vanderheide transformed a former automotive garage into Field House's first tasting room in East Abbotsford. A smaller brewpub followed in downtown Chilliwack in 2020, giving the brewers a place to experiment. Abbotsford remains the main production brewery, while a nearby farm houses the barrel room and wild-fermentation work.
The range moves from classic beer styles to experimental IPAs and fruit-forward barrel-aged sours, with frequent new releases. Its BRRL ROOM programme incorporates Fraser Valley grain, cultivated wild yeast and other ingredients grown on the farm. Brewers, chefs and farm staff plan crops together and find uses for the harvest in both food and beer.
