A chalky, limestone-like mineral character gives the palate shape, while bright acidity keeps the fruit pristine and energetic. Generous without losing precision, it carries through a long, clean finish with the balance to gain further depth in bottle. Excellent with oysters, white fish or lightly spiced dishes.
