Red cherry, cranberry and plum lead a generous but composed profile, with savoury herbs adding lift and detail. The palate is rounded and full, shaped by graphite-like tannins that give the fruit a firmer edge. Balance holds through the finish, leaving the wine rich without feeling heavy. A natural fit for lamb, grilled meats or aged cheese.
