Dried cherry and prune lead a soft, unctuous palate, with concentrated fruit carried by a supple texture. There is seriousness beneath the generosity, but the wine remains composed and flowing rather than dense. Its pure, generous shape makes it a natural partner for charcuterie, roast chicken or goat cheese, while the fruit remains clear enough to enjoy on its own.
