Voirin-Jumel NV Rosé de Saignée Brut Champagne
$101.99
Deeply coloured and vinous, this rosé Champagne opens with strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, followed by pink grapefruit, spice and a gentle floral lift. The palate is dry and energetic, with fine mousse, bright acidity and a lightly phenolic grip giving the generous fruit definition. Chalky freshness carries a complex, savoury finish. Serve with duck, charcuterie, tuna or mushroom dishes.

About Voirin-Jumel
Voirin-Jumel is a five-generation grower Champagne estate in Cramant, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs. The name dates to 1968, when the marriage of Gilles Voirin and Françoise Jumel brought two winegrowing families together. Patrick now works with his daughters Julie and Pauline.
The family grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on 8.5 hectares spread across 44 parcels in 12 crus. It owns its press and makes all its wines on site.
