The palate is light on its feet, bringing stewed plum, pear and apple into cinnamon and brown sugar. Caramel biscuit turns toward almond biscotti and creamy coffee. The finish is balanced and medium in length, leaving milk chocolate, coffee cream and gentle fruit.
