Rich dried fruit opens with dark chocolate and cranberry, followed by toasted oak and a lightly nutty edge. The palate is creamy and full, with honeyed sweetness balanced by warm spice and firm wood structure. Fruit remains clear through the middle rather than turning heavy. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving soft oak, honey, spice and dark fruit.

About Penderyn
Penderyn began distilling in 2000 and launched its first single malt on Saint David’s Day in 2004. That release revived Welsh whisky making, a tradition dormant since the nineteenth century. A Faraday copper still produces spirit at high strength, while bourbon-cask maturation followed by Madeira finishing helped establish the house style.
Women have long held prominent distilling and blending roles within Penderyn’s technical team. The company also bottles Brecon gin.
