About Kizuna Sake
Kizuna Sake is based in Penticton in the Okanagan and uses water from the local mountain landscape. Its name means “bonds” in Japanese. The range includes pure-rice, cloudy, aged and free-run sake; for the free-run style, liquid drips from an unpressed sake bag.
