Woods Limoncello

Limoncello is at the heart of Italian liqueurs. Made locally, in North Vancouver, Wood’s Distillery hand peels every fresh organic lemon that goes into their limoncello. After extracting all of the delicious citrus oils from the peels they add vacuum distilled peppercorn, citrus, and chili pepper to create a bright limoncello with a kick.
Complex flavours of lemon zest, bright citrus, raw lemons, lemon-drops, capsicum, white pepper, subtle spice, eucalyptus, mellow grapefruit, and honey-dew melon. Yum!
