Ripe plum and floral apricot rise first, followed by pear and a faint note of raw sugar as the spirit settles in the glass. The palate keeps plum at the centre, with a clean, medium-weight texture and measured warmth. Its fruit gradually turns drier toward apricot skin. The finish is crisp and lightly fruity, leaving delicate orchard tones rather than sweetness.

About Clear Creek Distillery
Steve McCarthy founded Clear Creek Distillery in 1985 to make fruit brandies from the Pacific Northwest, inspired by European eau-de-vie. Pear, apple and plum brandies are part of its range, with regional orchards central to its fruit sourcing.
Hood River Distillers acquired Clear Creek in 2014. Now based in Hood River, the distillery is led by master distiller Caitlin Bartlemay.
