Liberty differs from other retailers in that we specialize in small-lot producers, meaning the vast majority of our inventory is of a few bottles and are not available at all locations. It is what we call a ‘living inventory’ and by nature makes it impossible to provide an accurate live selection since we don’t carry a large inventory of most bottles.

The inventory that is shared across all locations, and of which we have considerable quantities of, are the bottles that are on the website. Please contact your neighbourhood location directly by phone or email, and one of our wine specialists can suggest a bottle based on your budget, preferences, or as a pairing or cellaring suggestion.
