Altesino Grappa Di Brunello

$113.99
Distilled Sangiovese di Montalcino grape pomace refined in barriques. Grappa di Fattoria was created for the first time by Altesino in 1977 together with the master distiller Gioacchino Nannoni. The fresh pomace from the company is distilled a few hours after racking in a copper still, using a discontinuous method, with low degree columns. The light yellow colour with golden hues is due to its short time in wooden barrels, which enables the distillate to acquire slight hints of vanilla and oak, without loosing the fruity taste typical of a young grappa. Balanced, with a pleasant impact, it delivers all its flavour on the palate with beautiful persistence.

El Sagrado Blanco Tequila

$114.99
El Sagrado blanco tequila is made with selected agave from the two most prestigious regions of the country, resulting in a robust and balanced tequila. The agave is cooked in a slow, controlled way in a special autoclave oven that separates the bitterness out of the agave, conserving only the best from the plant. Slow cool, fermentation, and native yeasts give the tequila a soft and floral nose, with a strong presence of the agave with hints of peppermint and mint. Lightly fruity on the palate and silky in texture. This smooth sipper is meant to be enjoyed on its own.
