De Vine Glen Saanich Whiskey
A terroir focused and authentically grain-to-glass single malt whisky, our Glen Saanich is made from the finest barley grown and malted just minutes from our distillery on the Saanich Peninsula.
Notes of citrus and ripe pear give way to vanilla, cinnamon and clove, then a lingering malty finish and a whiff of sea air.

Clement Lavallee 45 Degrees 2022 Chablis
This Chablis is the flagship. There's something very 'Raveneau' about this, their Chablis 45° (named after the steep slope of the vineyard), a wine with beautiful length, a perfectly balanced structure and subtle layers of orchard fruits and lightly-salted butter. It’s focused and richly textured, highlighting why Clément has become one of the fastest rising stars in Chablis.
Corralejo Anejo Tequila
Aged for 12 months in American, French and Mexican oak barrels. The charred barrels give the tequila a slightly smoky flavour. A truly balanced sipper.
Corralejo Tequila's hacienda was founded in 1566 by the Spanish rulers and over the centuries has become privately owned by Mexican families. It is one of the oldest Tequilas produced in Mexico and the birthplace of Father Miguel Hidalgo who is recognized as one of the major contributing figures to Mexico's Independence in 1821.
