It has structure, power and length, and bears the mark of its Pinot Noir. It clearly shows all the work that has been carried out in the vineyards since only very ripe and small grapes can produce such density and structure in a Champagne. 8.6 grams dosage.
Entirely made from Pinot Noir… clear, fresh and straight fruit of yellow skinned apples and Williams pears along with citrus flavors and some stony notes on the nose. This is remarkably elegant and delicate with a mineral backbone and an excellent grippy finish.
100% Chenin Blanc.
A remarkable complexity with a texture that shows both a creamy richness and marked minerality. A fantastic alternative to Champagne, it boasts a floral nose with notes of peaches and melon. The honeyed palate is round with excellent acidity and a deliciously long finish.
50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. This exceptionally priced Burgundian sparkler offers a terrific opportunity to try a relatively rare commodity in our market. This Gold Medal-winning bubbly (Concours des Vins Burgondia) has suggestions of toasted bread and nuts on both the nose and palate, with tangy citrus and a hint of tea. Well-balanced, crisp and refreshing.
Pale pink with floral red fruit aromas and citrus on the nose. Mouth-filling fine sparkles that cascade across the palate with generous flavours of berries and tangerine zest. Refreshing, with a finish full of finesse. Great on its own or with sushi, seafood and salads.
Touches of almond and orange blossom. Mandarin orange peel, and sourdough bread add depth. The finish is bracing, ending in a blaze of yuzu citrus. A focused, concentrated, and complex sparkler, well-made and organic to boot.
