Mistral 2017 Chardonnay
Expertly crafted and for 6 months in French Oak barrels. The Mistral is full-bodied, deliciously dry and features exquisite richness with pronounced ripe tropical fruit notes. It has a smooth, creamy body and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Pairs excellently with fish, mussels and clams, and soft cheese.

Roally Vire-Clesse 2020
"The 2019 Viré-Clessé is a cuvée predesigned to be what you might call a consumer-friendly Mâconnais from less noble terroirs. Domaine Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues 2018
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
