The palate is full and savoury, with grape spirit bringing rounded sweetness beneath the cooling liquorice character. Gentle oak softens the edges and adds quiet spice. The finish is long, warming and herbal. Serve well chilled, neat or diluted with cold water, alongside grilled fish, meze or salty cheese.
