Le Grand Verdus Nature Essentiel 2018

$42.99
A delicious Natural bordeaux dominated by intensity and freshness. Lovely garnet color with seductive red and blackberry aroma. The supple and round tannins coat the fruity and smooth notes on the palate.

Close Lapeyre Jurançon Sec 2019

$46.99
60% Gros Manseng, 25% Petit Manseng and 15% Petit Courbu Filled with tell-tale Jurancon flavours of pineapple and passion fruit, with additional notes of vanilla and spice. This would pair well with medium to full-bodied fish and richer varieties of cheese.

Clos de la Roilette Fleurie Tardive 2018

$49.99
"Coudert's brilliant 2018 Fleurie Cuvée Tardive offers up a deep and incipiently complex bouquet featuring raspberries, mulberries, rose petals, violets and cracked black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, deep and layered, with an abundance of rich and powdery structuring tannins, ripe but lively acids and a long, lingering finish. While this is built for the long haul—its name alluding to the aging potential of this old-vine cuvée, not to a later harvest—its enveloping profile and perfectly mature phenolics will make it unusually approachable in its youth." - 95 Points Wine Advocate (2018 Vintage), August 2019

100% Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone. Aged in a combo of 70% wood *Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank for 12 months. The terroir of the village of Morogues combined with strict vineyard practices results in a beautiful Pinot that would not be out of place in a tasting of Volnays.

Domaine Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues 2018

$49.99
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months. A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
