Scout Vineyard 2022 Gew Cab Co-Ferment
Bright floral and tropical notes lead this light, translucent red, followed by herbaceous freshness and savoury depth. Gewurztraminer and Cabernet Sauvignon were fermented together for seven days, then pressed into neutral barrels to finish fermentation and age for 18 months. Unorthodox but composed, it is refreshing with a light chill and quietly complex through the finish.
