Sweet orange and bramble fruit open with chocolate, nutmeg and raisin. The palate is rich but measured, carrying red-berry compote and mandarin through creamy vanilla and milk chocolate. Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso cask influence gives the malt its rounded fruit and polished spice. The finish is long and warming, leaving sultana, toasted oak, dark fruit and a gentle resinous note.
