Odd Society Wallflower Gin
Odd Society Salal Gin 375 mL
Odd Society's iconic Wallflower Gin is infused with British Columbia-grown salal berries to create a West Coast take on the classic British liqueur, sloe gin. Towards the end of every summer, berries are handpicked along coastal B.C., and then steeped in our Wallflower Gin. This year, over 90 per cent of the berries came from remote Haida Gwaii, imparting the 2019 release with wild characteristics that reflect its origin.
Odd Society Mia Amata Amaro
Dark chocolate and bitter orange open into plum, toasted nut and a cool trace of mint. Layered botanicals bring resinous, floral and gently spiced depth, while the palate moves deliberately from firm bitterness toward a measured, lightly sweet finish. Complex without becoming medicinal, it is satisfying after dinner over ice or served well chilled. It also adds dark-fruit richness and an elegant bitter edge to a stirred cocktail or a more expressive spritz.
Odd Society Elderflower Liqueur
Fresh elderflower gives an immediately fragrant, floral character, supported by tropical fruit, citrus and a clear note of lychee. The palate is rich and sweet but lifted by lemon, keeping the texture bright enough for mixed drinks rather than heavy. A lingering floral finish carries a gentle citrus freshness. Serve over ice with a squeeze of lemon, top with soda or sparkling wine, or use in a light spritz and other patio-style cocktails.
