An elegant, aromatic nose introduces a barley-based shochu made with white barley koji. The flavour is soft, pleasant and rich, presenting the grain character clearly. Produced in Oita, it remains centred on the aroma and flavour of barley. The finish is very smooth, carrying that barley character through the close in the same gentle register.
