Grosbois Gabare 2020 Chinon
A generous Chinon with ripe strawberry and raspberry fruit, a dusting of cocoa and a subtle leafy note. The palate is soft and succulent, with fine tannins and fresh acidity giving the wine an easy, harmonious shape. Serve it lightly cool with pâté, charcuterie, grilled pork or lentil dishes, where its bright fruit and savoury edge can work together.
Grosbois 2020 Clos Du Noyer Chinon
A succulent Chinon with wild herbs and wormwood alongside ripe red fruit and a light floral note. The tannins are finely handled, coating the palate with a texture reminiscent of cocoa powder without overwhelming the fruit. Savoury, satisfying and well balanced through the finish, it suits roast poultry, grilled pork, mushrooms or herb-led dishes.
