Rose and violet rise over ripe black cherry, crushed raspberry, dried herbs and a mineral edge. The palate is concentrated and finely layered, with firm yet velvety tannins carrying anise, liquorice, tobacco and savoury earth. Its structure is powerful but precise, gradually opening to balsamic herbs and warm spice. The finish is long and persistent, balancing depth with classical Nebbiolo lift.

Earthy and smoky at first, opening into dark cherry, blood orange and dried fruit. Firm acidity and tightly knit tannins give the palate a powerful, classical frame, while concentrated fruit carries through the middle and into a focused, persistent finish. Still youthful and structured, this will reward decanting or further cellar time. Serve with braised beef, game, truffle dishes or aged cheese.
